1.Facilitate and drive a zero-injury culture at factory
在工廠內促進和發展零工傷文化
2.Ensure BTX procedures for HSEE are up to date with business
保證博途徐州有關HSEE的程序根據業務發展及時更新
3.Ensure that BTX always comply with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
保證博途徐州始終符合ISO14001和OHSAS18001
4.Identify HSE-related legal requirements for China and facilitate compliance at factory
識別健康安全環境相關的中國法律要求，保證工廠合規性
5.Facilitate and drive the risk assessment process at the factory
在工廠內促進和推動風險評估
6.Facilitate the establishment of HSE targets at the factory
促進公司健康安全環境目標的建立
7.Ensure HSE reporting on time and in accordance with Baettr accounting principles at the factory
根據博途集團的會計原則，確保健康安全環境報告按時完成
8.Facilitate establishment of a safety organization and an emergency response plan at factory
建立工廠的安全組織和緊急響應計劃
9.Facilitate root cause investigation of HSE incidents at factory
在工廠內負責HSE事故的根本原因調查
10.Safety Walks
負責安全巡視
11.Manage Security functional srevice at factory
管理工廠安保職能服務
12.Ensure best practice sharing
確保分享優秀實踐
13.Ensure knowledge sharing with colleagues in other Baettr factories
與博途其他工廠分享HSE方面的知識和案例
14.Ensure that all HSE-related permits and licenses required for the activity at the factory are obtained on time
保證及時取得工廠內與健康安全環境相關的許可證和執照
15.Facilitate and drive HSE-related training
實施和推動健康安全環境相關培訓
16.Deploy a waste management system at factory
部署工廠的廢棄物管理
17.Deploy chemical management at factory
部署工廠化學品管理
18.Deploy High Hazards management at factory
負責工廠高危險管理
19.Follow up on HSE targets at the factory
跟蹤工廠的健康安全環境目標指標
20.Deploy process for conducting SE checks at factory (including follow-up findings)
部署工廠的安全環境檢查的實施的流程 （包括跟蹤發現項）
21.Deploy process for conducting safety walks at factory
部署工廠內安全巡視的實施的流程

任職資格：
1.Bachelor/master degree in engineering, HSE, or equivalent
工程類或健康安全環境相關專業，本科或碩士學歷
2. A recognized Safety Qualification (National Safety Engineer Certification)
獲認可的安全資質（國家安全工程師證）
3.Minimum 3 years work experience in similar position
相關崗位至少3年工作經驗
4.Leadership skills in change management
在變革管理中具備領導技能
5.Cooperation and communication skills
協調和溝通技巧
6.Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented
以客戶為中心,積極主動,以結果為導向
7.IT skills (office package)
熟練使用辦公軟件 （Office系統）
